    Vigilante attacks bike tracks A vigilante who is wrecking mountainbike tracks in the Richmond Hills as revenge for blocking a small section of walking track, is putting riders at risk and needs to stop before there is a serious injury.     Truck driver lucky to survive crash.. Police say a log truck driver was lucky to survive a crash in which his vehicle ended up in the Buller River on Friday.     Skull washes up from estuary A human skull was found on the edge of the Waimea Estuary on Sunday night, by two "curious" fishermen.
